What does Visibled actually do?
Every week, Visibled asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Google's AI about 50 questions your buyers actually ask, like "best roofing company in Boston", and records whether you're named, who gets recommended instead, and which pages the AI quoted. You get a 0–100 score, and for every answer you're losing, Visibled drafts the page that can win it, ready to review and publish to WordPress in one click.
How is this different from tools that just track a score?
Trackers stop at the score. Visibled hands you the prioritized pages to create or fix, a one-click draft for each that can publish straight to WordPress, and a before-and-after chart that proves the work moved the number. It doesn't just find the problem. It hands you the fix, then shows you it worked.
Which AI assistants does Visibled track?
Seven: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, plus Google's AI Overview and AI Mode. The chat assistants run with live web search, the way buyers actually get recommendations today. Standard scans use ChatGPT; priority scans cover the full panel.
How long does the first scan take?
From entering your URL to a finished visibility score and your first Action Plan, most setups complete in five to ten minutes.
Are the one-click drafts actually usable?
Each draft is a full page written the way AI assistants read pages, with the behind-the-scenes schema code (JSON-LD) included. It's grounded in the specific gap losing you the answer, right down to the exact questions, the competitor winning them, and what to say. It's a strong, edit-ready first draft, not a blank prompt box. When it's ready, one click sends it to WordPress as a draft post in your site's native editor blocks, schema included.
Can Visibled publish drafts to my site?
Yes. Connect your WordPress site once per project (a standard WordPress application password, no plugin to install) and every page draft gets a Send to WordPress button. Drafts arrive in your site's native editor blocks with the schema included, always as a draft post for your review. Re-sending updates the same post instead of piling up duplicates, and a post that's already live is never overwritten without an explicit confirm. More CMS platforms are on the roadmap.
How do I actually get an AI assistant to recommend me?
Be the source its answer is built from. That's two battles. One is your own site: the right pages answering the right questions, with clean schema. The other is everywhere else. In our research, almost none of the sources AI quotes are the recommended brand's own site; they're directories, reviews, and threads. Those quoted sources do the job backlinks used to. Visibled's Action Plan works both fronts: one-click page drafts on your site, and the exact off-site gaps to close.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. If you can paste your web address, you can run a scan. Drafts arrive as regular pages ready to read and edit, publishing to WordPress is one click, and the technical parts (schema markup, indexing) are generated for you or explained in plain English.
Can I ask an AI about my own Visibled data?
Yes, Visibled ships as a claude.ai connector. Add it in Claude's settings, approve access once, and ask things like “which questions did we lose last week?” or “who's beating us on sentiment?” Claude reads your live scans, citations, sentiment, and Action Plan and answers with your real numbers. Access is read-only and scoped to the projects you already have.
What do you do with my data?
Your scans, questions, and results are yours. We don't sell data and we don't train models on your content.
Is AI search really big enough to matter yet?
This stopped being a someday problem. ChatGPT answers ~2.5B prompts a day for 900M weekly users, Google now shows an AI Overview on 1 in 4 searches before anyone clicks a result, and Gartner projects traditional search volume down 25% by 2026. The traffic is already here, and the only question is who it lands on. (Industry data, 2025–26.)
Do I still need SEO if AI search is taking over?
Yes. But the scoreboard changed. The old game was ranking higher; the new game is getting quoted by the answer. Good pages, clean schema, and real authority still matter, because they're exactly what the AI reads. What's gone is page two: the answer names a few brands and stops. Visibled tells you whether you made the cut, and what to publish if you didn't.
AI still sends less traffic than Google. Why act now?
Because of what that traffic does, and where it's headed. Visitors sent by an AI arrive already matched to you, so around 7% become leads or customers, versus 2–3% from classic search. And it's compounding: traffic referred by AI grew 357% last year, with retail referrals up 693% over holiday 2025. (Industry data, 2025–26.) Early movers compound. Late movers pay to catch up.
